After 35 years in the heavy commercial building industry, I have decided to start a new adventure and use my knowledge gained over the years as well as my past experiences to help others determine the most cost effective and creative solutions for their building needs.  From construct-ability advice to Lean Construction practices, we have the ability to bring years of knowledge and experience to your project and help you make decisions that could save you hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars depending on the size of your project.

I began my career in 1979 as an apprentice carpenter and completed that apprenticeship in 1983 at which time I received my Journeyman Certificate.  In 1981, I began working for a large general contracting firm in the Fort Wayne area and shortly thereafter worked into a Carpenter Foreman position and from there into a position as a Project Superintendent.  In 1999 I moved into the office and assumed the role of Director of Field Operations, a position I held until I ended my corporate career in February of 2014 .

I have been involved in various projects throughout the years that range in value from $5,000 to $50 million.  I have also been involved in many challenging projects from new construction to large renovation projects.  Each and every project, from large to small, has unique challenges that we encounter and must overcome.  How we accomplish that is through planning and scheduling.  By implementing Lean Construction practices, let us show you how eliminating waste from your project can put $$$ back in your pocket!
